  • Control Risk & Self-Assessment 
  • Incident Reporting 
  • Key Risk Indicators 
• Developing the Control Risk Self-Assessment Risk Measurement framework that will be developed by the user departments. 

Assessment 

• This encompasses assessing the effectiveness of the banks existing operational risk management framework through assessing the design and testing the effectiveness of the banks:
  • Control Risk Self-Assessment Framework 
  • Incident Reporting Procedures 
  • Key Risk Indicators Framework
